About the position

The Account Manager at LocaliQ serves as a vital support for the Account Executive sales team, focusing on enhancing client relationships and driving account growth. This role involves collaborating with various teams to identify upsell opportunities, create marketing presentations, and provide insights based on data analysis. The Account Manager is expected to leverage LocaliQ's comprehensive digital marketing services to meet the unique needs of clients and help them grow locally, regionally, and nationally.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary support for the Account Executive sales team.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing presentation decks.
  • Research relevant data and insights related to client opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs to develop and execute account plans.
  • Support the Account Executive team with pre and post-sale needs.
  • Assist in problem solving related to billing, fulfillment, and processes.
  • Conduct client check-ins and address market share concerns.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in communicating and presenting ideas to clients.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Experience in retaining, managing, and growing client accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
