About the position

The Account Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for performing outside sales of product inventory while managing an assigned route of accounts. This role focuses on increasing product sales and enhancing the placement of product displays in various retail environments, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outside sales of product inventory on assigned routes.
  • Drive product sales and placement of displays at large and small format stores.
  • Upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays.
  • Service all customers in a safe and productive manner according to company standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and manage customer relationships effectively.
