About The Position

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at arrivia, you'll be responsible for processing vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and reconciling accounts. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Acumatica or OneStream is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Enter and code invoices into our accounting system (Acumatica or OneStream)
  • Process employee expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements
  • Provide general accounting support to the team
