About the position

The Accounts Receivable Analyst at Stride, Inc. is responsible for managing past due accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and driving monthly collections targets. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to build relationships with business partners and customers, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments and supporting smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Institutional line of business portfolio customer receivables to maximize cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Handle the full cycle of Accounts Receivable past due balances, including research, analysis, and account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the manager to develop and maintain meaningful Accounts Receivable reporting.
• Conduct monthly meetings with internal business leadership regarding Accounts Receivable status.
• Analyze trends and suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and meet sales needs.
