About the position

The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk position at Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram, part of the Tobey Auto Group, is a part-time role focused on managing financial transactions related to accounts payable and receivable. The clerk will be responsible for processing payments, handling vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Check and approve all vouchers for payment.
• Prepare invoice deduction notices as necessary.
• Answer all vendor inquiries.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
• Prepare analysis of accounts as required.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.

Requirements

• Recent Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 12 months of relevant experience
• Associate's degree (Preferred)
• 2 years of Accounting experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience (Required)
