This role involves managing and overseeing collections, cash applications and compliance functions within our entertainment production industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Lead and manage professionals in the Accounts Receivable, Collections and Compliance functions Work with executive management to interpret and distribute all special agreements, sideletters, and pertinent agreement changes Oversee all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function including timely processing and depositing of funds received Confirm signatory status of all contributions payments and maintain accurate customer credit records Oversee staff performance of desk reviews of delinquent accounts Monitor collections filed with outside legal counsel and resolve outstanding items in the Accounts Payable Aging Report Handle special projects as assigned by the Executive Management. 7+ years Accounts Receivable management experience within the entertainment production field.
