About the position

The Accounts Receivable Representative at Harba Solutions is responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves reviewing accounts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts weekly to evaluate aging and actively pursue collections.
• Investigate customer deductions to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve invoice issues, including discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or other factors, by collaborating with relevant team members.
• Work with large distributors managing significant remittance values.
• Analyze payment behaviors and identify trends to improve collection strategies.
• Provide outstanding customer service through professional phone and email communication while addressing client account inquiries.
• Support process improvements and controls within the department.
• Ensure compliance with US and international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of three years of relevant accounts receivable experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
