About the position

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Westboro, Massachusetts. The role involves handling customer accounts, processing credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications using Epic Software and ERP tools.
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to their accounts and credit applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions based on their status.
• Handle cash receipts and other cash activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity in cash handling.
• Assist in billing functions, ensuring all charges are correctly applied to customer accounts.
• Participate in special projects as needed, contributing skills in accounting functions and accounts receivable.
• Use knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) to improve and streamline processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Epic Software for managing accounts and billing functions.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management.
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial management.
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) to effectively manage and track payments.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions for accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
• Experience in managing Cash Activity, including deposits, disbursements, and balance.
• Skill in Cash Handling to ensure safe and accurate transactions.
