Responsibilities

• Resolve trouble files.
• Assist in pool closings.
• Review accounts receivable aging reports.
• Collection and short pay, contacting customers via phone and email.
• Daily invoicing.
• Review and resolve purchase matching issues.
• Create/follow up on carrier claims.
• Prepare monthly customer statements.
• Perform cash receipt entries and review.
• Handle manual billing entries.
• Manage lumper fees and imports.
• Process promo fees.
• File claims and conduct research.
• Perform other work-related duties and projects as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Famous software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
