Responsibilities

• Handle complex and high-volume cash application to customer accounts
• Manage a variety of customers
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, being responsive and collaborative
• Accurately record and apply payments to customer accounts
• Research and resolve outstanding discrepancies
• Create and maintain new customer files
• Perform daily reconciliation to ensure payments/invoices are accurately entered in systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business (Accounting major preferred) is desirable
• 6 - 7+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• IT proficient and comfortable with using technology
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
