About the position

Acquisition Agents at Sundae work in a high velocity sales environment. The role requires a variety of sales skills including cold calling prospective home sellers, securing appointments to meet with potential customers, developing referral networks with local real estate agents, systematically managing a sales pipeline, and closing sales to meet minimum monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Sundae is seeking a candidate that is competitive, self-motivated, and has the ability to empathize with homeowners who may be in a time of need. As an Acquisition Agent, you are a homeowner's point of contact to evaluate their home selling needs and assess whether or not Sundae is a good fit for their situation.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales activity through a variety of channels including phone, email, text, and in-person networking with potential customers
  • Educate potential customers on the value of Sundae's services and ultimately meet and exceed assigned activity and revenue goals
  • Develop relationships with real estate agents and wholesalers who can bring residential real estate property acquisition opportunities to Sundae
  • Analyze opportunities for a property's viability/profitability in collaboration with Project Managers
  • Schedule, attend and present at meetups, seminars, and networking events
  • Generate referrals from happy customers you helped
  • This role is expected to have availability when our customers need us most including some evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of self-generating leads and self-identifying potential customers which resulted in closed business
  • Meticulous sales pipeline management with impeccable organization and attention to detail including effective time management and task prioritization
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce preferred
  • Self-motivated with a desire to set and exceed goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills, build rapport quickly and authentically

Nice-to-haves

  • 3-5 years experience in outside sales
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver license and ability to clear background / driving record check (required)
  • This role does not require a real estate license but successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a licensed real estate agent
