About the position

The Area of Dominant Intent (ADI) Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and optimizing Grease Monkey's digital marketing strategy while also supporting select high-performing traditional marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in leading tactical, day-to-day digital efforts across a variety of online channels to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and contribute to revenue growth. Collaborating closely with all Grease Monkey locations within the Denver DMA, this individual will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan designed to attract new customers and strengthen local market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic acumen with hands-on expertise and possess a strong command of digital marketing tools, trends, and performance-driven best practices. This role reports directly to the VP of Customer Acquisition at FullSpeed Automotive, while also maintaining strong alignment with the Front Range ADI Board of Directors, from whom approval on all initiatives must be obtained.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.) to draw in potential customers.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on data insights.
  • Develop onboarding processes to ensure new customers are fully engaged and understand the brand value.
  • Create retention campaigns, loyalty programs, and special offers to reduce customer churn.
  • Execute upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Re-engage inactive customers with tailored offers and messaging.
  • Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels.
  • Help manage SEO agency as they implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Manage and optimize online business listings across platforms such as Google My Business, Facebook, Yelp, and other relevant local directories.
  • Create and manage segmented lists in CRM systems to support targeted paid media initiatives.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects from conception through execution.
  • Supervise and mentor digital marketing specialist.
  • Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and other internal teams.
  • Organize and attend quarterly board meetings, and additional meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing both digital and traditional campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving business goals.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and managing online listings.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting marketing performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical proficiencies with advanced digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Yelp, Yext, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) preferred but not required.
  • Project management skills enabling candidate to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in vendor management by identifying and partnering with third party vendors.
