About The Position
The Engineering and Physical Sciences Department at Springfield Technical Community College is seeking applications for adjunct teaching positions in engineering and computer science. Engineering Transfer and Computer Science Transfer are two-year programs of study that have been developed to build a solid foundation in engineering (mechanical, electrical, and civil) or computer science with the intent to transfer to a four year institution to complete a bachelor's degree. Proficiency in the core principles and practices of engineering relevant to the courses being taught, including mathematics, physics, computer programming, and specific engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
