About The Position

To provide administrative support to CareerCompass program and management, complete various projects to assist in the achievement of program goals and provide support for the front desk. Provide assistance in the following areas: data entry, scheduling intake appointments for Career Service Coordinators, updating data trackers daily, scanning and uploads for Service Coordination, assist with quality assurance checks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Experience working with similar client population is a plus
  • Bilingual speaker is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel skills needed

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling intake appointments for each Career Service Coordinator, printing appointment letters and ensuring appointments are accurately added to Credible calendar
  • Responsible for data entry of program milestones including service plans, FIA's, and other vital documents onto performance trackers and web-based systems (Credible, HRA Viewer, NYCWAY, SEAMs etc.)
  • Responsible for scanning and uploading vital program documents to Credible and the HRA viewer in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible for MetroCard distribution to eligible clients, confirming eligibility in HRA system prior to distribution. Reconcile Metrocards daily with manager ensuring that signatures are accurately captured on MetroCard logs.
  • Assist program management and service coordination unit with data entry into Credible as needed
  • Assist with quality assurance checks of Service Plans, Employment Plans and staff data entry in Credible
  • Utilized web-based systems (NYCWAY, Credible, DTS, etc.) to extract program performance information and update performance trackers daily
  • Provide coverage for reception desks during lunch breaks, and as needed on given days
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
