The Administrative & Marketing Assistant at M2 Group, LLC is a vital role that supports both administrative and marketing functions within a growing land development consulting firm. This position offers the opportunity for extensive growth and requires a candidate with a solid understanding of the construction industry, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to the company's culture. The role involves assisting senior management with administrative tasks and implementing marketing strategies to promote the M2 brand.

  • Assist the President and Vice President with calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Support Engineering & Surveying teams with project submittals, applications, and response letters.
  • Provide administrative support to the Development Management team.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and groceries.
  • Maintain the general appearance of common areas.
  • Coordinate company-wide meetings, celebrations, philanthropic outings, and other events.
  • Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Schedule office maintenance and track company assets.
  • Handle incoming calls and deliveries.
  • File and organize documents, records, receipts, etc.
  • Manage fleet operations including license plate renewals and regular maintenance.
  • Run errands such as grocery store trips and office lunches.
  • Implement, follow, and maintain M2 Group's Business Development & Marketing Plan.
  • Promote the M2 brand through social media platforms.
  • Design social media posts using Canva.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders on content generation for social media and website.
  • Manage and maintain M2 Group's website and basic marketing materials.
  • Track client and organizational involvement and conduct annual client surveys.
  • Support M2 leadership with the planning and execution of career fairs and other events.
  • Manage all M2 branded swag.
  • 3 years of administrative experience
  • Mid-level experience in civil engineering or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Canva and basic marketing principles
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
