About the position

The Administrative Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising and overseeing an administrative support team that provides essential administrative, operational, and technical support to multiple programs. This role ensures effective and efficient operations by collaborating with internal and external partners, acting as a process leader and liaison. A valid driver's license and personal transportation are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day coordination of operations, ensuring programs operate safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures in program operations.
  • Maintains departmental records and a knowledge base of program-specific policies and procedures.
  • Performs data entry, manages databases, and generates reports as required.
  • Supports the use of office and electronic health record technology, assisting with client registrations and staff training.
  • Provides customer service and support for clients, including financial registrations and insurance assistance.
  • Supervises administrative assistants and supports training and credentialing processes for staff.
  • Coordinates meetings, trainings, and events, contributing to special projects as assigned.
  • Oversees office support functions, including clerical duties, supply ordering, and financial operations.

Requirements

  • At least two years of administrative and supervisory experience.
  • A valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
