The Administrative Support position at Shamrock Foods Company is focused on providing essential support to the Meat Plant Operations. Responsibilities

  • Actively solicit business from the existing customer base.
  • Handle both internal and external customer interactions via phone or in person.
  • Process orders through internal software systems.
  • Enter and edit electronically sent orders, collaborating with sales representatives to resolve issues.
  • Research and address customer complaints regarding deliveries, product challenges, return requests, and pricing issues.
  • File and sort paperwork, distribute reports and emails, and track orders using spreadsheets and word processing tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of related experience and/or training in customer service.
  • Proficiency in 10 key by touch and understanding of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Windows 2007.
