Provide administrative support for leadership, management, and professional development training as part of Hawaiian Airlines' new Learning and Development (L&D) team.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling, coordinating, and reporting for all L&D programs.
Coordinate logistics, organize events, and track and report for the delivery of L&D training.
Create and execute system testing plans for new learning management system (LMS) features and processes.
Create and run reports, including scheduling reports and ad hoc reports.
Maintain system data integrity.
Review and upload courses and resources in an LMS.
Provide regular feedback to the L&D team to streamline the workflow.
Provide service to subject-matter experts and learners who may require support to achieve their goals.
Assist in fostering a learning culture within the team and organization to support Hawaiian Airlines' mission, vision, and values.
Act as a role model for positive and effective working relationships with co-workers and outside training consultants.
Perform all work duties and activities in accordance with HA policies and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration support for a robust work environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience handling complex schedules, registrations, communications, rosters, evaluations, and event support.
Experience with LMS, delivery platforms, or tracking and reporting systems for TD/L&D Program participation and completion.
Deep knowledge of PC-based computer systems (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Ability to interact successfully with multiple levels of management.
Excellent customer service and support skills.
Self-directed with the ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly.
Nice-to-haves
Bachelor's degree, preferably in learning & development, business, or education. A combination of education, training, and experience are acceptable in lieu of a degree.
Ability to analyze the needs of the workplace, associates, work settings, and work processes to assist in designing training solutions.
Knowledge of adult learning theories, practices, and approaches.
Knowledge in instructional design methodology including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
