The Office Manager at SYNERGY HomeCare plays a crucial role in overseeing office operations and supporting caregivers and clients. The Office Manager will be responsible for training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and meeting organizational goals, all while fostering a compassionate and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all office positions
  • Leadership and training for office staff
  • Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation
  • Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner
  • Onboarding & orientation of caregivers
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred
  • Two years experience with Axiscare or other home care scheduling/CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • Human relations abilities
  • Customer satisfaction skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
