About the position

The Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform Delivery Lead at Accenture is responsible for leading the implementation of Adobe RTCDP and overseeing technical delivery from strategy to execution. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing ecosystems, data integration, and customer data platforms, as well as the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives. The position involves collaborating with technical teams, facilitating client meetings, and providing subject matter expertise to drive business value through innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on large digital transformational client initiatives that enable business value.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops driving key decisions related to the marketing ecosystem, data, integrations, and activations.
  • Act as overall program lead implementing Adobe RTCDP and overseeing technical delivery from strategy and roadmap planning to project mobilization and technical implementation.
  • Define and implement marketing solutions that deliver on data-driven, personalized, one-to-one experiences.
  • Stay informed of the latest technology trends and innovations across digital capability areas such as data integration, customer data, and marketing automation.
  • Provide insights on vendor platforms and technology landscape to support client transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with the identification and qualification of business development opportunities and serve as a solution advisor.
  • Support vendor relationships for Solution Platform sales and delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing and implementing marketing ecosystems with a focus on data and customer data platforms.
  • Adobe RT-CDP Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with vendor products such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Minimum 5 years playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers on technology roadmaps.
  • Experience in a consulting environment or digital agency with a track record of creativity and innovation.
  • Strong knowledge of the vendor marketplace including cloud platforms and MarTech providers.
  • Hands-on experience in multiple web technologies or programming languages.
