About The Position

The Advanced Analytics Consultant at Circana will serve as a trusted business partner to clients, focusing on understanding consumer behavior and translating analytical insights into actionable strategies that enhance business performance. This role involves leveraging innovative analytical approaches to address client challenges and market opportunities, while also contributing to the development of new service offerings and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in advanced analytics within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in translating Point of Sale (POS) data into relevant implications for the CPG industry.
• Expertise in Demand Forecasting, with the ability to participate in a case study to prove knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret analytics solutions and models to provide meaningful insights for clients.
• Provide analytical solutions and business insights to address business gaps and create value for clients.
• Identify business issues and suggest appropriate analytic solutions.
• Target and sell services that address underlying client needs and identify root causes of issues.
• Synthesize information into a project framework that provides solutions for clients.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills to establish trust with clients.
• Educate clients on analytic methods and influence their decision-making processes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively communicate with client-facing teams.
