About the position

The Director of Regional Financial Operations plays a critical role in the financial success of the company by providing strategic insight, financial leadership, and operational expertise across assigned regions. This position involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and collaborating with corporate finance and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures within the assigned regions.
• Accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in alignment with corporate standards and US GAAP.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Controller on financial reporting deliverables and deadlines.
• Oversee regional tax reporting and compliance with local laws and internal control systems.
• Prepare monthly partner distribution for ENTPA partners and report distribution results to respective partners.
• Conduct account and variance analysis for ENTPA.
• Monitor and improve local controls and accounting procedures at the unit level.
• Establish routines for weekly operating and profitability reports, focusing on accuracy and prompt information for management.
• Assist with the administration and evaluation of insurance plans and identify trends to reduce financial risks.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Develop and present financial and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
• Manage regional cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring cash requirements.
• Serve as a financial advisor to the corporate management team, offering insights into financial implications of business decisions.
• Collaborate with corporate finance to implement strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.
