About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Palliative Care experience for an inpatient position at Franciscan Health Lafayette East campus. This role aims to meet the growing demands for hospice and palliative care services, focusing on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction while fostering strong community ties.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification required.
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience in palliative care or home health care preferred.
