About the position

The Aftermarket Technology Enabled Parts & Services Specialist at Caterpillar Inc. is responsible for managing the parts and service business for Motor Graders, focusing on predictive, operator assistive, and safety-oriented solutions. This role involves collaboration with various teams to execute strategies that enhance parts growth and customer satisfaction, while also providing insights based on customer feedback and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Integrated Component Solutions condition monitoring teams and other internal groups to align and execute strategies.
• Lead and support projects aimed at growing the predictive, operator assistive, and safety-focused parts and service business.
• Assist dealers and customers with requests related to Motor Grader aftermarket parts and services.
• Support parts growth through product development and proactive stocking.
• Gather and provide voice of customer and dealer feedback to the Motor Grader product group.
• Assist in executing growth initiatives related to Motor Grader solutions.
• Report on Motor Grader technology enabled parts results against business plans.

Requirements

• Progressive job-related experience in digital, parts and service, dealer-facing roles, or aftermarket sales/marketing roles.
• Effective communication skills.

• Relationship management skills.
