About the position

The Transformation Expert (Lean and Agile) will lead the development and implementation of Lean and Agile transformation strategies within the organization. This role focuses on optimizing processes, fostering a Lean and Agile culture, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The position requires collaboration with teams and leadership to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through coaching, training, and the establishment of best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas of opportunities for Lean and Agile transformation.
  • Lead, define, and develop strategies and documentation to support IT transformation toward a more Lean and Agile mindset.
  • Evaluate current Lean and Agile practices and maturity levels, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Create actionable plans outlining steps and milestones for process improvements and Lean/Agile adoption.
  • Build tailored plans for coaching sessions with teams and leaders to improve maturity across IT.
  • Ensure Lean and Agile initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Document best practices, case studies, standards, and lessons learned for Lean and Agile implementation.
  • Educate teams and leadership on Lean and Agile principles, frameworks, and practices through workshops and training sessions.
  • Evaluate current state, select appropriate Lean practices/Agile frameworks, and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Mentor team members on specific Lean and Agile roles and help them develop necessary skills.
  • Work with executives and leaders to foster Agile leadership styles and support decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain effective feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the Lean and Agile transformation.
  • Assess and develop strategies to scale Agile practices across multiple teams or departments.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure consistent and integrated Agile practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of job-related experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
