About the position

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a long-term strategy for adopting agile best practices.
• Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down.
• Help senior managers adopt agile principles in their leadership style to sustain agile transformation at all levels of the organization.
• Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders.
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
• Drive cultural change by championing agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in agile coaching and transformation.
• Proven track record of implementing agile practices in organizations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior management.
