About the position

The Agile Coach will work closely with project teams to analyze existing systems and processes, designing a long-term strategy for the adoption of agile best practices across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing product delivery efficiency and effectiveness while coaching senior management to integrate agile principles into their leadership styles, ensuring a sustainable transformation throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a long-term strategy for adopting agile best practices across the business.
• Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down.
• Help senior managers adopt agile principles in their leadership style, essential for sustaining agile transformation at all levels of the organization.
• Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders.
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in agile coaching and transformation within organizations.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices, particularly Scrum.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management and project teams.

• Experience working at Apple or similar tech companies.
