About the position

As an Agile Coach within PNC's Technology organization, you will provide expertise and leadership for teams and product development lifecycles. This remote position focuses on driving cultural change, leading transformation, and coaching teams to establish best practices in agile methodologies. You will facilitate discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to address complex problems and identify continuous improvement opportunities, while also customizing and delivering training materials on agile principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and leadership for teams and product development lifecycles.
• Drive cultural change and lead transformation efforts.
• Challenge conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.
• Coach teams in establishing new practices and summarizing best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to drive the maturity of processes and practices.
• Identify and facilitate continuous improvements within teams.
• Facilitate discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to address complex problems.
• Identify learning and development opportunities related to agile methodologies and customize training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Customer Solutions, Information Management, and Organizational Analysis.
