The position involves working closely with teams to ensure effective implementation of Agile principles and practices, particularly during the company's current Agile transformation.

Responsibilities

• Remove impediments
• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
• Foster Continuous Learning by improving agile maturity, cross-team collaboration, workshops, and training sessions

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Strong leadership skills
• Technical knowledge related to Agile practices
