As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities

  • Build secure and new digital experiences for customers, employees, and suppliers.
  • Improve existing applications and develop new applications for traditional and mobile devices.
  • Conduct usability testing to enhance user experience for clients.
  • Help clients transform their business through enabling technologies across various functional areas.
  • Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
  • Delegate tasks to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach them to deliver results.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Extract insights from current industry or sector trends using a broad range of tools and techniques.
  • Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Communicate effectively and influence others in a structured manner.
  • Build quality relationships by reading situations and modifying behavior accordingly.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, and Information Technology.
  • Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), or APICS are preferred.
  • Demonstrated abilities in Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and Lean-Agile principles.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Ability to coach clients and team members in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading as an Agile Coach on large scale transformations (ERP, HCM, CRM).
  • Facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and maintaining relevant artifacts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in coaching teams to self-organize and self-manage.
  • Ability to balance data with understanding of upstream/downstream dependencies during decision making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
