About the position

The Agile Coach plays a crucial role in leading process improvement initiatives at Vanguard, utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Agile to enhance business processes and client outcomes. This position focuses on instilling effective methodologies across product families, fostering collaboration, and championing continuous improvement to optimize the delivery of value and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Champion implementation of methodologies across families, at all levels of the portfolio.
• Partner with counterparts to scale methodologies beyond individual teams.
• Help product families set meaningful goals and metrics to measure their progress and success.
• Enable product families to analyze their performance and improve their processes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Digital Product Management and Product Operations.
• Experience with Flow Metrics and processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex process improvement initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in coaching teams in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and practices.
