About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Coach for a contract position in the financial industry, responsible for facilitating and guiding multiple agile teams and stakeholders across major projects. The role involves promoting agile principles, managing risks, and ensuring transparency in project delivery through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and guide multiple agile teams and key stakeholders across major projects from inception to delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies, quantifying their impact on business and technology.
• Provide visibility into delivery plans and track progress while promoting agile principles.
• Build necessary Jira and Confluence dashboards for project status and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to update on project status and progress.

Requirements

• Strong Project Management skills
• Product Owner experience
• Knowledge of Jira JQL and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of software development and architecture
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Experience in facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels
• Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority
• Experience in planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams.
