Agile Coach

About the position

The Agile Coach is responsible for fostering collaboration mainly between IT teams but also helps other areas if needed, optimizing processes, enhancing team performance, and driving continuous improvement through Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers engaging Agile workshops for developers, functional teams, and key stakeholders, promoting understanding and adoption of Agile principles and practices.
• Drives cultural change by championing an Agile mindset, ensuring the organization adheres to industry best practices, and facilitating a smooth transition from traditional to Agile ways of working.
• Coaches senior managers in Agile practices to ensure the adoption of best practices from the top down and establish strong sponsorship for the Agile transformation.
• Champions the use of data-driven coaching and Agile metrics, collaborating with teams to identify and interpret key performance indicators to guide improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Human Resources Policy Guide and follows departmental and functional area standards, rules, guidelines, processes, and policies as identified by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or professional designations or certifications (ie. PMP, Six Sigma, SCRUM)
• 5+ years of combined experience in Agile coaching (including experience with Agile coaching frameworks), project management, and leading Agile transformations within an enterprise setting.
• While not mandatory, a strong preference will be given to candidates with relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Professional Coach certifications (PCC, CEC), or SAFe Agilist certifications.
