About the position

The Agile Coach will play a crucial role in guiding teams to implement Agile practices and principles, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves close collaboration with teams to foster an Agile mindset and support them in achieving their goals through coaching, training, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address roadblocks and challenges
• Assist in defining, measuring, and tracking key Agile metrics
• Support Agile teams in the adoption of Agile tools and practices
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile coaching or related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile tools and practices
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
