About the position

The Agile Coach will lead a large-scale Agile Transformation at the enterprise level for a major player in its industry. This role involves working closely with C-suite executives and senior leaders to drive alignment and foster an agile culture across the organization. The Agile Coach will implement agile practices to improve collaboration, efficiency, and innovation, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an enterprise-wide Agile Transformation, working directly with executive leadership to create a unified agile strategy
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for improving the organization's agile maturity, focusing on long-term sustainability
  • Provide hands-on coaching to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption of agile principles
  • Communicate the strategic value of agile methodologies to executive teams, ensuring strong buy-in across all levels of the organization
  • Drive cultural change to break down silos and foster a collaborative, agile work environment
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership, ensuring continued commitment to agile practices and principles

Requirements

  • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, SAFe, or similar credentials preferred)
  • 10+ years of agile coaching experience, including leading enterprise-level agile transformations
  • Strong experience working with C-suite executives and senior leadership to align agile strategies with business objectives
  • Proven ability to assess agile maturity and develop actionable roadmaps for improvement
  • Expertise in change management and driving cultural transformation in complex organizations
  • Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days a week to foster in-person collaboration with leadership
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with experience applying them at an enterprise level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive teams and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformations in siloed environments
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive cultural change to create a unified, agile-focused organization
