About the position

The Agile Coach at Kforce Inc is responsible for influencing and guiding associates, including senior leaders, to adopt and embody agile principles and practices. This role involves engaging across various domains and product areas to enhance agile maturity, providing training and resources, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within teams.

Responsibilities

• Influencing the approach and behaviors of associates to embrace agile principles and practices.
• Engaging within and across domains to identify opportunities for improvement and providing relevant training.
• Facilitating ongoing training for individuals, teams, and cohorts to evolve agile behaviors.
• Improving agile metrics and value delivered in partnership with scrum masters and product area leaders.
• Strengthening agile culture by collaborating and sharing knowledge across teams.

Requirements

• Advanced Agile-related certifications (e.g., RS@SP, CAL, ICP-ACC) and demonstrable experience in application.
• 4+ years of experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., Scrum Master, Squad Leader).
• Deep Agile knowledge with several years of Agile Coaching experience.
• Experience coaching a team-of-teams or multiple team coaching engagements.
• Track record of training, coaching, and mentoring teams and individuals at various levels.
• Ability to influence and challenge teams and leaders on behavioral changes for continuous improvement.
• Proactive in seeking out agile practices externally to improve company model.
• Flexibility in approach and innovative thinking in mentoring teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and a culture of continuous learning and coaching.
• Experience coaching senior leaders on agile behaviors.
