About the position

The Agile Coach Agile Transformation Leader will be responsible for leading the Agile transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves conducting assessments of current processes and culture, designing tailored transformation strategies, and developing product taxonomies to enhance organizational agility and alignment between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current processes, culture, and practices at the domain level to identify Agile transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a tailored transformation strategy that improves organizational agility, practices, and standards across business and technology teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of product hierarchies across priority domains to strengthen product ownership, drive business-IT alignment, and enhance clarity in product categorization and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving strategy and execution of Agile transformations in large, complex organizations, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Lean-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to tailor them to organizational needs.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, with domain expertise in relevant areas preferred.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, capable of effectively guiding individuals, teams, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise-wide strategies, conducting assessments, and providing strategic recommendations for process improvement and organizational change.
