About the position

The Agile Coach plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies within the organization. This position is responsible for coaching and mentoring teams, leaders, and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. The Agile Coach collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability, and is expected to effectively drive SAFe and ART formations across 5 ARTs for the AI&D team.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and promoting Agile frameworks and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Providing guidance and support to teams in embracing Agile values and principles
• Coaching product owners, Scrum Masters, and other Agile roles on their responsibilities
• Guiding leadership in the adoption and evolution of Agile practices at all levels of the organization
• Developing and delivering Agile training and workshops for teams and individuals
• Measuring and communicating the impact of Agile transformations
• Coaching teams in continuous improvement and self-organization
• Acting as a change agent, driving the Agile mindset and culture throughout the organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in enterprise Agile transformations and scaling frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices in diverse teams and projects
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Ability to influence and lead change at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Possesses a deep understanding of Agile practices specific to Data Governance, EDM, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Modeling and AWS
• Some exposure to DBT2 and Python or R working with teams

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on AI experience is not necessary, but knowledge about AI models to engage meaningfully with the team is preferred
