About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Coach for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. The role involves leading and executing programs and projects related to various core initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while integrating Agile methodologies. The Agile Coach will mentor teams, drive change initiatives, and serve as a primary contact for senior management, demonstrating strong financial acumen and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of programs and projects related to core Specialty Servicing, Complaints, Enterprise Workflow Engineering, Data Strategy and Anti-Money Laundering Technologies.
  • Consolidate and lead the Account Opening and Activations Program, a large-scale, cross-functional initiative.
  • Deliver programs and projects on-time and on-budget through the Change Framework.
  • Integrate Program/Project health routines with stakeholders and reduce redundancy in reporting.
  • Drive scope, sizing, and prioritization of work within the programs.
  • Develop new or change existing artifacts and documents to bring consistency to the execution approach.
  • Manage programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that significantly impact business operations.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen.
  • Serve as the primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives.
  • Communicate, influence, and negotiate to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
  • Analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches, and facilitate implementation.
  • Create a clear, continuous approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.
  • Ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
  • Integrate knowledge of end-to-end business processes into program planning and decision-making processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.
  • Lead Daily Agile Stand-ups.
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs).

Requirements

  • 7+ years' Program/Change Management experience including process improvement.
  • Management experience with small to mid-size teams.
  • Executive level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to act as a player/coach.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure quality and accurate work product.
  • Comfortable working under defined timelines in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Experience in managing programs/projects following Agile Methodology.
  • Executive Presence.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business-centric mindset with the ability to utilize sound business judgment.
