As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile adoption and transformation within our organization. You will work closely with teams and leadership to promote Agile values, principles, and practices, thus enabling them to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. Your role will involve providing coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. You will help teams adopt Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks. Collaboration with senior leadership will be key as you define Agile transformation goals, strategy, and roadmap. You will support the organization in becoming Agile, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Conducting training sessions and workshops on Agile concepts, practices, and tools will be part of your responsibilities, as well as facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Monitoring team metrics and KPIs to measure and improve team performance will also be essential, along with fostering collaboration, communication, and a sense of ownership among team members.

Responsibilities

  • Help teams adopt Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on Agile concepts, practices, and tools.

  • Foster collaboration, communication, and a sense of ownership among team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in complex Agile environments.
  • 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Agile software development practices.
  • Experience in change management and driving cultural change at an enterprise level.
  • Experience in Fiserv development environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or other Agile certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
