Agile Coach

About the position

We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join our team in New Jersey for a full-time position with a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will be an Enterprise Coach with a strong background in agile methodologies and a proven track record of driving change within organizations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. The coach will be responsible for building out models and processes for implementation, necessitating strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive change in the areas of Product.
• Build out models and processes for implementation.
• Roll out the Intake Process across TTS.
• Facilitate prioritization based on Business Value and drive OKRs.
• Provide OKR coaching to help product teams understand and translate to an outcome-oriented way of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Agile Coach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
• Analytical skills to build models and processes.
