About the position

The Agile/Product Coach will serve as a consultant and expert in developing and influencing initiatives for complex business and technical needs within a leading financial services company. This long-term contract role focuses on product transformation and requires extensive experience in business systems design and data. The position is hybrid, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, and offers a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions.
• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Product transformation coach experience.
