About the position

The Agile Project Manager III/IV is responsible for managing large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves designing operational plans, monitoring project progress, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders to secure necessary resources. The position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly as a Scrum Master, and focuses on delivering commercial software projects rather than IT-specific initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for project completion.
• Monitor progress and performance against project plans.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays.
• Facilitate project meetings and prepare regular status reports.
• Work with stakeholders to establish priorities and allocate tasks.
• Manage project plans that may require complex customizations or new solutions.
• Monitor time, scope, and cost for projects based on identified requirements.
• Conduct conflict management with stakeholders as issues arise.
• Mentor less experienced project managers in financial responsibilities and project management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage budgeting and contractual responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and/or work experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience delivering commercial, cloud-based applications.
• Experience as a Scrum Master with Agile methodologies.

• Certified Scrum Master and other Agile Project Management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
