About the position

The Agile Project Manager III/IV at Global Payments is responsible for managing large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves designing operational plans, monitoring project progress, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders to secure necessary resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects related to commercial software and will serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile processes and leading project teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for project completion.
• Monitor progress and performance against project plans.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays.
• Facilitate and manage the analysis of project requirements and ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to establish priorities and allocate tasks to project staff.
• Manage project plans that may require complex customizations or new solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new products or solutions.
• Mentor less experienced project managers and assist with financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and/or work experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of project management experience delivering commercial, cloud-based applications.
• Experience as a Scrum Master with Agile methodologies.
