About the position

The Agile Trainer/Coach will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization. This position involves working closely with teams and leadership to ensure a smooth transformation into Agile processes, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance productivity and adherence to Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Coaching teams to adopt Scrum and Agile techniques.
• Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and other Agile leaders.
• Collaborating to develop Agile training materials and support communities.
• Providing Agile and role-specific training for management and team members.
• Observing program and team activities and providing constructive feedback.
• Ensuring adherence to defined Scrum processes and framework.
• Working with teams to leverage appropriate tools and practices.
• Strengthening the Agile culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in delivering Agile training and coaching in a transforming organization.
• One or more Expert-level Agile certification(s) such as PMI-ACP, SPC, or CSP.
• Knowledge and experience in Waterfall project management.
• Experience implementing and improving Agile principles and practices.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of modern DevOps practices.
