About the position

Wanted: An experienced Agile Transformation Lead with demonstrated expertise in and extensive experience with advancing Agile processes, practices, and culture at all levels of a large organization. As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will work with the latest, cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionals. A week in the life of an Agile Transformation Lead involves serving as an effective leader and facilitator working with all levels of an organization to achieve a successful enterprise Agile transformation. You will apply a disciplined and methodical approach that assists organizations in defining their Agile best practices based on the Agile principles tailored to the organization's needs and specific abilities. Training teams on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, DevSecOps, and Scaled Agile (SAFe) will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will coach senior leadership through organizational impediments and promote an Agile development culture. Managing and facilitating teams in software and hardware development, including Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Web Services, Web Development, and Network implementation, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will establish the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and run Kanban teams, identifying defects and enhancements and managing them through the Change Control Board (CCB).

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in advancing Agile processes, practices, and culture at all levels of a large organization.
  • Extensive experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, DevSecOps, and Scaled Agile (SAFe).
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills to work with all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to coach senior leadership and promote an Agile development culture.
  • Experience in managing software and hardware development teams.
