About the position

As a Senior Consultant in AI/Machine Learning at EY, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge technology to solve complex problems for clients. You will be responsible for guiding technical development and ensuring that data science solutions meet the evolving needs of clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of clients to deliver data science and big data technologies.
• Design and build scalable solutions that unify and derive insights from varied data sources.
• Guide clients through the complexities of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering.
• Provide technical guidance and perform development tasks to ensure data science solutions are properly engineered and maintained.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of scientists and engineers to tackle challenging computational problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of full-time working experience in AI and/or Machine Learning.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience using Generative AI models and frameworks such as OpenAI family, Dall-e, and Langchain.
• Experience with popular ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, and ONNX.
• Extensive experience using DevOps tools like GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning workflows including data ingestion and evaluation.
• Experience with MLOps methods and platforms such as MLFlow.
• Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models and pipelines.
• Experience deploying end-to-end ML workflows on major cloud platforms.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools like SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
• Experience with containerization and scaling models.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience working with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Strong skills in languages beyond Python such as R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C.
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
