About the position

The AI Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the software development lifecycle, conducting market and competitor analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps. This role aims to guide products from conception to release, ensuring they meet market needs and business objectives. The position requires managing product requirements across various departments and delivering product artifacts that drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop clear and compelling value propositions for the AI product portfolio and technology services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership.
  • Create comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.
  • Document requirements from discovery into product backlog work items or sprints.
  • Ensure sprints are aligned with the current roadmap.
  • Build and maintain internal business expertise relevant to the products in development.
  • Collaborate with Arraya leadership regarding the product roadmap.
  • Lead the implementation of products, processes, and improvements.
  • Track and provide status updates of work in progress towards deliverables.
  • Assist Marketing in creating high-quality collateral materials to support sales efforts.
  • Understand the needs of the organization and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Create and maintain customer personas to tailor marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and training for effective product promotion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in product design, management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the software development industry or a technology-related field.
  • Ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Proven experience working with agile frameworks and product teams.
  • Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • A desire to collaborate with stakeholders from different business backgrounds and an analytical mindset.
  • Expert ability to grasp new concepts and lead transformation in the organization.
