Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Quality Assurance Department as a Quality Assurance (QA) Support Auditor in our Richmond Heights, Ohio location. Overall, this position will be responsible for ensuring aircraft maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and in conformance to various regulation inspection programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and surveillance on the work performed during routine and non-routine maintenance events to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company manuals.
• Ensure that RII requirements are met.
• Conduct quality audits and surveillance of the computerized maintenance tracking program to ensure accurate data entry updates.
• Ensure all F0-501's, yellow tags, 8130-3's, and other aircraft records are entered into the electronic logbooks (Filenet).
• Perform internal audits to ensure company programs, systems, processes, and procedures are effective.
• Perform external audits to ensure contract maintenance provider network complies with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Update computerized maintenance tracking program profile for newly inducted aircraft.
• Perform quality audits on aircraft templates to ensure tasks are tracking in accordance with inspection programs and aircraft maintenance manual requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of aircraft maintenance, with corporate aircraft experience being an advantage but not mandatory.
• FAA Repairman Certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a collaborative team setting.
