About the position

As an Airport Agent for Envoy Air, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service at the airport. This part-time position involves assisting passengers with check-in and ticketing, handling baggage, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. You will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with customers and performing various tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely to achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions while transporting luggage and assisting passengers.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license (some restrictions may apply).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
